In spite of its tourist potential, the jump The Zumbón, in Quema river, Tonosí’s district, has gone unnoticed in one of the basins with excellent water flow in Azuero.
There is two ways in order to arrive: one on the banks of the riverbed that initiates in the route Macaracas-Tonosí and other one where it is near to the entrance of the mining project of Quema’s Hill.
When rainy station is the jump The Zumbón possesses two small waterfalls and during the dry station one.
This place it complements a long and deep puddle that offers all the comforts to spend a moment of scattering.
To bath in this place is very cozy; it’s affirmed by a guy of the area, who indicated that when strong downpours are registered, the falls of both waterfalls are listened to several kilometers of distance.
