Panama Home to the Indigenous Summit of the Americas
The 3rd Indigenous Summit is being hosted in Panama and is attended by representatives of various indigenous nations from around the Americas. The purpose of the summit is to provide a suitable forum for leaders to discuss policies and related issues pertaining to the work of the Organization of American States. The central theme for discussion at the 3rd Indigenous Summit is implementing the Rights 9of the Indigenous Peoples of the Americas for Present and Future Generations.
