Horizontal Property New Proposal
The Minister of Housing representing the Ministry of Housing of Panama has started active discussions regarding the new proposal submitted with respect to the Horizontal Property Act. This act regulates apartment buildings and residential developments, and the Ministry has recommended new standards to control the industry, with consultation with groups of developers and interested stakeholders will begin at a later stage after the preliminary discussions.
