Dignitaries confirm attendance to inauguration
Martinelli’s inauguration, scheduled for July 1, will be attended by several Presidents as well as the Prince of Asturias. A Panamanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the Presidents of Colombia and Costa Rica will be in attendance.
The Heads of State of Mexico, Paraguay, Guatemala as well as the Democratic Saharan republic will also be in attendance, whilst Canada, Uruguay, Cyprus, Denmark and Egypt will be represented by top ranking delegates and officials. The Vatican City will be represented by Mexican papal Nuncio Christophe Pierre.
