College students save by studying in Panama

It has been calculated that a student studying in Panama, at one of the American University’s campuses, can save up to 50% in tuition fees compared to studying in the United States. The University of Louisville and Florida State University are both represented in Panama with regional campuses.

The foreign students that are studying in Panama come from surrounding Central American countries as well as Europe; whilst the savings aspect has encouraged students from the US to attend the Panama campuses before returning to the main campus in the States.

Panama continues to develop their target of becoming a hub of academic research and study, via their initiative of The City of Knowledge situated in Clayton – which hosts many foreign students studying tropical diseases and sustainable development within the Central American region.
