SBA, formerly known as Santa Barbara Airlines, is launching a new flight route to Panama, with effect July 2009. The Venezuelan airline has set a launch date of the 1st of July, and will offer twice daily flights between Caracas and Panama City.
The addition of Panama City on the SPA flight route is part of it’s three-phase expansion program, which includes flying to Miami, Madrid, and the Portuguese Island of Madeira. Further expansions include flights to Bogota, Buenos Aires, Lima and Sao Paolo.
The only two airlines offering the service between Caracas and Panama City is that of Panama’s Copa and that of SBA.
