Panama Long Term Rentals

A long term rental is normally for a period of at least one year with a contract signed with one tenant or family.

There are different services we offer to property owners for long term rentals.

Tenant referrals.

We will advertise your property through our various marketing outlets to find you a tenant for you apartment/home for a period of one year. The charges for this option are one month rent. There are no other services included in this option.

Property management.

For this option we will find you a client for a long term contract. We will also take care of the management of your unit. This includes building maintenance, bill payment, cleaning services and much more. The charges for this option are one month's rental, then 7% of the rent per month.
