![]() Punta ChameThe area known as Punta Chame is Located on a unique peninsula like landform, a short distance from Panama City. This area is ideal for real estate by both locals and foreign investors. It is surrounded by the sea and offers long beautiful deserted white sand beaches, where one can find a secluded spot to relax and soak up the sun. The island is sometimes referred to as John Wayne Island. Punta Chame has easy access via the highway and a road leading into the village, which has ample amenities of shops, school and all necessities required for modern day living. The area has become extremely popular for investment, as it is conveniently located fairly closely to Panama City, as well as the natural surroundings with the beautiful tropical beaches and access to the bountiful marine life.
