Property is seen as any physical or virtual entity that belongs to or is owned by another legal entity, such as an individual or company. The owner has the full rights to dispose or utilise the property. These rights include to consume, sell, mortgage, transfer or exchange this property.

There are various types of property, which include real property, intellectual property, or personal property. The right of ownership, also referred to as the title is the legal tool that allows and enforces the rights of the owner to dispose of or utilise his or her property in a way they might deem fit. This right of ownership serves to establish the realtion between the goods and or services with that of the individual or groups, in the utilisation or disposition of the property concerned.
