Home or dwelling

A home is the common term used to describe a house, apartment or dwelling that the rightful owner and or tenant will occupy in the capacity of living there. The home is essential real estate which acts as a residence or refuge as described. The home is usually where people sleep, prepare food and wash.

The term home is indicative of a house or dwelling that is so decorated and structured that the residents will call it a home due to the number of comforts and the resultant comfort level that they have structured within that house or dwelling.

There are cultures that do not follow the concept of creating a home, which refers to that of nomadic people or tribes, which move from place to place and construct temporary structures to shelter themselves.
