European investors in Panama

European investors are showing great interest in Panama these days. Since the currency of Europe is much higher compared to the American dollar, more Europeans are drastically drawn towards the international market such as Panama.

Due to vast online agencies and international banking, Europeans are easily being able to invest in Panama just by sitting at home and enjoying a cup of coffee. Multiple satellite companies and PR firms are setting up various shops in several European cities to help them out.

Several cities such as Lichtenstein and Luxemburg which were once famous for sheltering tax in Europe are almost annihilated now as Europe demanded for changing the banking laws in order to evade tax. More local citizens are in search of an outstanding, new, safe venue to place their money. Panama, as an offshore refuge is a rising country which has captured a lot of residents mind and gained their trust.

The European real estate markets were once very popular investment markets in the eastern part of Europe. But now, it has dropped down as it came to the realization that most real estate earns a smaller amount compared to the bank deposits. Five years ago this part of the region was known as one of the most famous real estate markets in the world, but now it is ruined. Therefore, these investors are seeking a new place where they could benefit, and are turning towards Panama.

Living in Panama can make you feel at home. Even though, some rural regions like Los Santos might be a little different than your local village in Brugge, several coastal areas are similar and promise to make the Europeans feel at home. Living in the city like Casco Viejo can be a little expensive but many move into the city where you can see the open plazas and the Spanish/French architecture similar to Europe. Living in the middle of an old city in Europe is really expensive and can not be afforded by many, but in Casco most of the investors find hope and joy.

Direct flights to Panama are increased. A lot of new airlines are planning to offer new services to encourage more investors to travel frequently with an ease of comfort. Since many Europeans are traveling to the republic everyday, some airlines like KLM and IPAT have announced that they will offer more direct flights to Tocumen Airport in the near future.
